How will the content you post look like?

Everything will be highly curated. When posting graphic material, we’ll always ensure we post high definition quality. Check our Examples.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yep, no contracts. Just let us know if you want to cancel and we’ll end things after your current month of content.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs, our prices are fixed.

How do I start a subscription?

Head over to our dedicated page and choose a plan. You’ll then just need to set up standing order (contact us for our details) – no credit card needed!

How do you know which content to post?

Don’t worry, we’ll only post relevant content for your business, just like we’d do for our own company. We always strive to make sure the content we post is very specific for your business and industry. That’s why we dedicate time and effort to research your market, before starting.

Do I have to share my login details?

We’ll request access for your Facebook page. For LinkedIn, you can invite your account manager as page admin under your LinkedIn Company page. For Twitter, we need login details. 

When can I expect posts after subscribing?

Please allow up to 7 days for content to appear on your social channels.

What if I don't like the content?

With our Business and Pro packages, you will have an opportunity to view your content each month before it is posted and request amendments. You can still give us feedback with our basic package.

Can I still post content on my social channels?

Yes, our service is focused on providing daily content, but you’re free to post even more content as you wish.

Who's making the posts?

We have a team of delivery partners who are social media experts. They are trained to create, find and post ideal content, and are experienced with different brands in various industries.

Can you post on other channels too?

Sure! Reach out to us and we’ll set up a custom deal with you.

Do you have access to my personal data?

No. We make use of a secure solution to get the rights we need, to be able to post to your channels. We never get access to your personal data.

When connecting Instagram, it opens Facebook.

This is normal when giving access to your Instagram Business account. 

It asks me to login with my personal Facebook account.

That’s correct. Since you’re an admin of the page, you will need to grant us the necessary permissions to post to your page. 

My Instagram account doesn't show up.

Please make sure your Instagram account is a business account and that it has been linked to the right Facebook page. (Find out how here.

My Facebook account doesn't show up.

Please make sure you’re an admin of the Facebook page. 

I get an error when connecting accounts.
